I had a great experience living at Nine East during the school year. The building was safe, amenities were convenient, and the location was super convenient. What really stood out to me, though, was the management, especially Vernell. She was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my time there. From move-in to move-out, everything was smooth and professional. All issues (as are inevitable when you stay somewhere for 2+ years) were promptly resolved. I’d absolutely recommend Nine East to other students looking for comfortable and reliable housing!

I can’t say enough good things about the leasing team here! Leslie, Alexis and Aujnae made the entire process of finding my new home so easy and stress-free. From my very first call, they were welcoming, patient, and eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions—big and small—and never made me feel rushed or like just another applicant.

During my visits, each of them went out of their way to make sure I had all the information I needed, from floor plans to community amenities, and even shared tips about the surrounding neighborhood. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping people find the right home.

I’m so grateful for their guidance and support, and I’m even more excited now about moving in. If the rest of the community is anything like this team, I know I’m going to love living here!

Living at 9East with hhlife has been a great experience. The facilities are new, clean, and fully equipped, including a nice gym and study areas. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk to campus, which makes daily life really convenient. Highly recommend it to students looking for a modern place close to school.

I was so impressed with everything about this luxury student housing community, most importantly the management and staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Assistant Property Manager Vernell. Yesterday she gave us a tour of the entire building. She was very friendly, professional, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The building is well built and maintained, and features excellent amenities – fitness center, media room, multiple study lounges, and 24/7 front desk attendant. The location is very close to campus and close to shopping and transportation.

I recently toured this community with my leasing agent, Auj, and I have to say the experience was wonderful. I was looking at this apartment for my son who will be starting school soon. I’ll admit, I was nervous and even a little scared about sending him off on his own, but Auj made the process so much easier for me.

She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question I had and never once made me feel rushed. What stood out the most was how genuinely she cared about making sure I felt comfortable and confident about the environment my child would be moving into.

Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail turned what I expected to be a stressful experience into something reassuring and even exciting. I left the tour feeling at peace, knowing my son would be in a safe and welcoming place.

Amazing! We received a tour from Alexis and despite the cold morning, she was very upbeat and enthusiastic and as college students, she walked us through all our questions and amenities, all while asking us questions that best suited us. I’d definitely consider living here!!

I just checked into Nine East. The room is clean and bright. I love the spacious public areas! It's worth mentioning that Auj is very considerate. No matter what problem I have, she always patiently provides solutions.
